        Was there for my first time today. Was in an out. Was very impressed on how friendly an knowledgeable the staff was. Thorough but not pushy. Would recommend.

        I USED TO love this place! The...

        I USED TO love this place! They WERE so friendly! I would always recommend it to family and friends and I WAS very loyal to only this oil change place. BUT recently, within the last 6 months to a year, the staff seems to be different. I no longer recieve the friendly service I would look forward too. My experience today was the last straw, I will be looking for another oil change place and I will no longer recommend 50's lube cruise. The man who assisted me today was very unfriendly and made me feel extremly unwelcome. I was being very nice to him but it didn't change his attitude; he didn't even smile at me once. Another issue would be the price, it seems to have gone up...I paid about $35 for the oil change alone. The price used to not matter to me because I enjoyed the staff but now it's a double whammy. I'll be driving out of my way now for a pleasant experience.
