- Hollywood Moving and Storage has full-service storage facilities. Our full service starts in your own home, when the moving crew comes to pick up the belongings you would like to move into our storage facilities. Your items are then professionally prepared to be placed into storage. The Hollywood Moving and Storage crew will wrap and protect your furniture and make sure that your possessions are boxed securely. Every item will stay in the exact same protected package and all furniture will remain in the exact same furniture blanket from the time it leaves your home, while being transported to our storage facilities, and while it is in our storage facility. The length of time doesn't matter; it will stay this way whether it's for Two days or two years. And then finally when your belongings are returned safely and securely to you, you'll get an inventory list of your belongings that are placed into our storage facilities.

Messed up delivery dates I called holleymood moving and storage 15 days prior to when I needed my things to be delivered (oct. 2nd). They told me great and would call me back to schedule a time. I did not hear from them so I called them on the oct 1st (recorded both calls). He said that the 2nd was now marked as earleist delivery date but its actually going to be an additional 2 - 10 business days until I get my things delivered. The guys name is Bobby Williams and i belive he is the GM. I told him I needed a date and time, and he refused to give me one. I could of had my things delivered before the 2nd but they never called as they were supposed to. Bobby was very rude and condescening like he enjoyed hearing my pain. .
These guys were great. They were polite, efficient, and very careful with my items. They showed up on-time and went right to work. I will definitely use these guys again.
My stuff was smashed up and this was after I was pressured into paying more than the agreed-to price for my move. They haven't paid me back and it's been months. Go with another company or be sorry.

Once again, I want to compliment you on your moving services and employees. From the first time i spoke to Kym until the end of th move, your staff has been polite,professional, and reliable.
Richard and dave arrived on time at my daughter's apartment in Davis, California on Tuesday Feb 4. They were pleasant and efficient, putting us at ease!
Dave and Ricardo arrived at the new apartment in West Los Angeles on time Yesterday. As you already know,they had to wait 3 hours before being able to unload the truck because the apartment was not ready. When I learned that we coild not get into the apartment at 9:00 a.m. as had been promised, I called your office. Once again, Kym handled this problem in professional manner. As i wrote to Westside Rentals, who refrred us to you, Dave said "being angry will only make the situation worse" and he said that he "understood how stressful moving can be even WITHOUT unexpected problems."
There are usually horror stories about moving companies. in my case, the horror story revolves around the management of the apartment complex into which my daughter moved-NOT the movers!
