Wow, Don't know what the other person is talking about but I had the best experience with them! Just recently move here from up North and needed a fence. Asheville Fence was referred to me by a neighbor but as any other person would do, I called a lot of places to shop around and they were the only people that answer the phone. Other companies took a week to get back to me. I booked an appointment for a sales person to come out and go over where and what I wanted to do. I needed to keep my two escape artists dogs safe in my yard and Asheville Fence was able to help. They were 10-12 weeks out which meant walking the dogs for the next 3 months. No problem, I understand companies are business and WEATHER is always a issue so if they get it done sooner great if not, no big deal, it will get done. Fence installers were awesome... Ladies in the office were very helpful all the time. Dogs are in love with the yard and so am I too with the fence.

Fence done and now onto yard work.... Overall a 10!

Just remember people, weather plays a factor in all outside projects so keep that in mind. It may of taking a little longer that what I expected but I have a beautiful fence I will enjoy for a long time.

Not very responsive to emails. Left a deposit in August. It's now October and we're still not on their schedule. Am considering getting my deposit back and using another company

Let's 1st say I LOVE MY FENCE!!! I had moved here from up north & needed a fence for my dogs. I called so many place and left messages at differenet companies. This was the first company that answered the phone and had someone available to answear my questions right there. The other companys I left messages for, took at least 2-7 days before they call back. I made an appoinment and someone was there within 1 week. I wasn't to sure where my property line was, so they suggesting for me to get my land survey. that wasn't a big deal. I got my qoute within 4 days. By the time the other companies gave me there quote, was almost 2 weeks later. I checked with other people from my neighbor & they said to go with Asheville Fence. So I went ahead with signing the contract. They were 4-6 weeks out. Not a problem, I havent had a fence so I wasnt missing anything. My fence got install 4-1/2 weeks later & the guys where AWESOME!!!!!!! I have at it now for about 6 months and I have to admit this company is the best to work with. Everyone was so nice, I would recommend this company to everyone out there.

Company used quality materials in the construction of my fence. Had to have them come out to fix some oversights. Final fix had to be completed myself as I could not be at home to make sure it was done right. They were willing to subtract the cost off of the final payment for my labor and material.



They will do a good job but recommend to closely watch over them to make sure they perform work according to the contract.‎
