Picked my wife and I up fro the hospital after we had a car accident. .drove us too get rental car at airport which was 30 mins away....he was so nice and polite the whole ride and seemed concerned about our well being...thank you so much

I bought a greyhound ticket and told these idiots I needed to be at Asheville before 9AM (I'm in Waynesville). I give them my address and they say they'll be here at 7:30. An hour after they were supposed to pick me up and they STILL had not arrived here. Great. My bus ticket is now worthless and Greyhound makes it as difficult as possible to get a refund so there goes that. Thanks. Oh, and everytime I tried to call them in the morning to ask where the hell my driver was it went directly to machine. ZERO accountability.

This company is extremely disorganized causing long wait times. I waited an hour and a half for a pick-up. I called every fifteen minutes and was given inaccurate information about driver availability and the wait time for pick-up. I calledChecker Cab and was panicked up in five minutes.

ashville north carolina with an emergency situation. upon calling areawide I was not only surprised to receive an individual and not an on hold service, but also was immediately able to be picked up and taken to my destination within the hour of my arrival. The driver was dressed professionally, courteous, friendly and informative. I will highly recommend this company to my traveling construction customers and any friend who happens to travel to ashville, north carolina.

I was very displeased. The driver dangerous and tailgating 5 to 10 feet off the bumpers of other cars on the highway. The driver added a surcharge of $8.50 to my ride for very suspicious reasons. I never received a response to my email to the company.
