        Installs and Service to heating/ac split wall units....

        What out!
        I have a 2006-07 cabin and Dean just hung up on me when asking about service to what the manufacture said is a 10 year old model. I've recently had it serviced and standing there as the tech worked....we notice that the refrigeration tubes didn't have valve caps on them. I mentioned that to Dean and wanted to purchase valve caps .... before I knew it he hung up on me. BE CAREFUL !!

        The last time Dean (the owner) hung up on me I was asking him about the cheap non-productive windows he installed. He blamed the problem on the high percentage of moisture inside the cabin. After doing my research, I called back and asked more questions ... so, he hung up on me.

        BE AWARE...that if you call his bluff, he will hang up on you.
