        RUDE SERVICE

        I must alert anyone & everyone that may want to inquire staying @ this establishment......DO NOT WASTE YOUR $$$$$ ~ They make promises they cannot keep & will do nothing to rectify any problems ~ Staff is rude, uncaring, inconsiderate & misrepresent & fool the public ~ It is a wonder they are still open for business ~ When the general manager was told of our situation(s!), he did nothing to fix or correct problem or try to do anything to compesate us!!!



        This invloved a 81 year old handicapped woman & what we were told they would do & have available & what we ended up with..............A BAD EXPERIENCE & VERY POOR, RUDE SERVICE ~ Very poor representaion of this establishment ~ There are other fine hotels, Inns in the area, please do not use this dump of a hole in the wall ~
