Dr. Curtis A. Goltz, DO

He helped another dr perform a 3, and then a 4 disk fusion on my lower back back in 2007, Had to repeat the fusion because even though both drs knew that BAK cages had problems, neither did anythign to support it, so needless to say the disk collapsed giving me permanent nerve damage in my right leg, I was to see dr goltz twice in the last 10 days.
