Bulldog's Beach House

One star is too high of a rating. The food was terrible, over priced, our drinks were watered down and the service was inconsistent and the music was way too loud. I was afraid of even using the bathroom - the place was so filthy.



Will never tell anyone to go there ever. Too many other nice places on the lake to leave our money and have an enjoyable experience.

This place is terrible. food is small greasy and cold, music blaring so loud the waitress shouts to get it right and said the cook wont let her turn it down. Beer was warm. Shot watered down, and the waitress said they had to run nextdoor to get meat. No bartender there, the cook came out to get the drinks and he had a filthy apron. We watched him water down the Scotch and when we reminded him that it was supposed to be neat he yelled that he knew. Next door is houses, why would they go there for meat? And we were the only customers there at 7pm.



Place is filthy, we wont be back and certainly can't recommend it.

Upon my most recent visit to Bulldog's Beach House, formerly, Tequilaville, I was amazed at the updates that had been done. Along with that, the service was impeccable and the food had improved dramatically as well! The addition of a new monsterous deck and new docks have catupulted this bar to a new level. Bulldog, owner, is one of the best bartenders at the lake, and will occasionally show off his stuff behind the bar, if you catch him on the right night! His new bride and co-owner, Staci, is not too shabby herself. Both make a perfect pair for this new venture of theirs, which, by the way, is celebrating their 1 year Anniversary of the bar this weekend! I recommend checking it out, saying hello to Bulldog and Staci, and enjoying the new deck with a cold frosty one!
