So I went to get my replacement order and give this sh1t-hole a second chance... i ordered and payed for a separate meal for my wife and ordered my replacement. the assistant manager was rude, obviously hated her job and while observing how she interacted with her other employees..wasnt surprised to see the same disgust on their faces. I hope she gets fired or quits..

Recently had a terrible experience. One evening I went to grab my family a quick dinner at the Camby Mc'd. After a "unique" drive through experience ,where one of the employees was using a "fart noise" machine in the mic as I was placing my order, I went home to discover a large portion of my order was missing.



I looked in the bag and behold no receipt was to be found. I promptly called the store and after two attempts CC the manager answered. I explained my issue and told her I either wanted a full refund or a remake of my order. A remake was agreed upon and I gave it no further thought.



I went in this afternoon, two days later, to retrieve my order to only have the drive through employee tell me that I must go inside to take care of the issue. I parked and dragged my two young boys inside with me where I found a manager. After being given the run around by a couple of them I finally got to talk to Margaret.



Margaret was what you would say less than helpful. Arguing with me in front of my boys that they couldn't issue a refund without a receipt and could only issue me the missing portion of my meal regardless of what CC had written in the book.



I was livid. I explained to Margaret that she had two choices. Remake my order, issue a full refund, or I'll issue a chargeback from my credit card company. She became more aggressive stating company policy. I simply told her again her options and after a fair amount of bickering she caved in reissuing us our entire order like we requested.



I notified her that I was going to contact corporate office about her attitude and did just that. Hopefully the reprimand the management team gets from them will shape this place up. It has been in decline for the last year or so.

The one at Heartland Crossing near Camby is the worst one around

Their Mcskillet bureto is half the size of other McDonalds

Their sausage bureto is also small and usually dried out
