You may have the shop of your choice make the repairs. You are not required to use a shop selected by a claims adjuster. However, you are required by your policy to allow your insurance company reasonable amount of time to inspect the damages prior to repairing them, Only you, the owner, can authorize repairs on your vehicle. Our shop stands ready to assist you in any of these matters. We will work closely with you to minimize your inconvenience and maximize your satisfaction.

The county sprayed my black pickup with there road paint so I took it to tolsma and they told me it could be buffed out which there is no way it's being buffed out so I asked for a bid to repaint it and they told me that I was a waste of time,how unprofessional I recommend kedals auto body friendly and professional place
Worst place ever DO NOT let them touch your auto. My truck was in a wreck they towed it and offered their services. I agreed and it was the worst mistake ever! They half assed the paint job it's drippy every where so I took it back and they promised to fix it all they did was wax it and still drippy they tried taking me as a fool. Went back again and still empty promises and still crappy paint... Stay away from these scammers
Total nightmare, avoid at any cost. Gave my car back (after a month) with a bent frame and painted the repairs with the wrong color. Runs and dirt in the paint, overspray on the windows and down the doors. Completely missed painting inside the gas cap area-no joke-bare metal. Car drives crooked, panels don't fit. Have to have the entire car redone after they destroyed it.
Very professional staff, they even had my rental car there when I dropped off my car for repair and the work was excellent.
