Aside from "Ozempic face," Ozempic can cause other side effects ranging from mild to severe, including nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, flatulence, constipation, stomachache, abdominal pain, fatigue, and injection-site reactions. In rare instances, individuals may experience vision changes, kidney issues, gallbladder disease, severe allergic reactions, an elevated thyroid cancer risk, low blood sugar (hypoglycemia), and pancreatitis.

Chemotherapy
The skin of the affected area may also become itchy and tender prior to the hair loss. An extreme emotional or physical shock can cause the hair to loosen suddenly and fall out in clumps when washing or brushing. This typically results in generalized hair loss instead of bald patches. Chemotherapy, radiation, and certain medications can cause full-body hair loss. In most cases, the hair will grow back once the treatment is stopped. Lesions

Acne scars fall into two categories: pitted scars and post-inflammatory scars. Pitted scars occur when there is a loss of tissue and are usually more permanent.
