Very poor service. service guy came out Monday and fixed a small fuse on my 5 year old Maytag dishwasher. Before he left he recommended replacing another part. The total cost was about $350 that we paid for then. He said he would come back the same day and install the other part. He didn't , didn't call. We waited. Tuesday he promised to come out and install the part. We waited. He never showed. Wednesday we called again, he swore he would come out this time. Never called, never showed. My husband had to call AGAIN and he finally showed up on THURSDAY. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

Richard, the owner, arrived after hours. We have a 6 year old GE electronic cooktop stove. After laying on his back for over an hour he was able to repair a faulty connection. No parts needed, No return visit needed. Excellent service, and personality. If your in need of appliance service, this should be your first call.

Great same day service! Affordable, professional and very pleasant!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I had a leaking ice maker/water hose and they came out to replace. It was less then a 10 minute job but they charged $80.00 labor plus the part. I called the company to complain and the owner called back. He attitude was horrible. He tried to tell me I got a upgraded hose but I paid full price for it. He also said that it was a emergency call but I never said or asked for one. I feel robbed.

Richard, the owner, came personally after hours and determined we had a warranty problem and could get it fixed for free from the refrigerator company. He didn't overcharge us and we were so impressed and excited we asked him to look at our oven and he had the parts in his van! He really saved the day for us! Now 3 years later, I am calling on him again and will continue to give him business!!! Plus, he has a great personality and was very kind to me and my children! I highly recommend this company!
