        Late and ultimately forgotten

        I called for a pick up 30 minutes ago and no one has come to pick me up. There's no point in calling now as someone can come probably come get me now before another cab heads this way. Very disappointed, I'm now missing my scheduled appointment across town and need to make other arrangements on another day. I'll be calling a different cab company next time I need a ride

        The driver was 30 mins late to pick us up, drove way too fast on the way to the destination. When he was supposed to pick us up at the arranged time (we were there 15 mins early) he said we missed the time and he left without us. We called the company who ordered him to come back and pick us up. When we got on the road to head home it was clear he had been drinking, he was swerving all over the road, driving at excessive speeds and even took both his hands off the wheel while we were driving down the interstate. He ignored our attempts to get him to slow down and keep it between the lines. We ended up calling 911 and he was cited and taken to detox blowing a .168. I would definately NOT EVER call this service again. We called the owner of the company to get our money back for the trip and he refused, complained about us and then hung up on us. We are lucky that we ended up all alive and safe. The attitude of the owner towards us and the severity of the situation was uncalled for.
