Pawsitively Groomed Pet Salon

Poor service at high price.

The groomer didn't groom as was directed.
The groomer has estimated 2 hours, but actually took 4 hours.
I needed to wait extra 1 hour after notified that completed.
The groomer didn't wash off the hair, so I needed to bath the dog myself right after the grooming!
Charged $150 cash (after quoted $85 in online booking), which is double than average price of $70 for the same service elsewhere.
During my visit another dog was cut and her blood was bleeding all over the floor in the reception area.
The enterprise demands cash and fines 4% penalty for cards.

Pawsitively Groomed Pet Salon has been my groomer for over a year and they are the best groomers! Every time my dogs are groomed either in winter or summer the results are always spectacular!
The customer service is awesome and the rates are reasonable.

I have been to many different groomers over the years and never found anyone as good as Pawsitively Groomed Pet Salon. I have 3 very different dogs with different needs and personalities and each one is loved and treated as an individual. Their prices are very reasonable, especially for the great service you get. If you have a difficult dog, this is the place to take him/her. They love my babies almost as much as I do.

I absolutely love Pawsitively Groomed Pet Salon and their grooming staff. They treat my dogs with such loving care and utmost professionalism.
