        Read this article in 1993 regarding his overbilling charges:

        -He will overbill you everything. Make sure you request for weekly timesheets so you can manage his hours closely.
        -He will bill you his standard lawyer rate for doing admin / paralegal work.
        -He will bill you for his time spent billing you
        -He will mark-up his hours significantly. We got charged 40 hours for "research" for something he should already know as a lawyer!

        DO NOT HIRE HIM! There are a lot of ethical lawyers out there who may charge higher in hourly rate but will not screw you over like what he did to me!
