Jim Waycaster took good care of me when I purchased a car from Honda of Burleson. Great customer service and they did what they said they would do. I will return in the future when it's time to buy again.

Buying a car from them was super easy, now getting the car looked over and fixed was a nightmare! We had been there three times in the past four months for the same issue that it had not been resolved yet, poor customer service, lack of communication and a totally unacceptable lack of responsibility... It is like everyone there is saying " not my fault"

Perfect Car Buying Experience

Finally, a car buying experience that didn't make me want to pull my hair out. I commuted from Dallas and checked out Honda of Burleson because of its high Google ratings and "Lifetime Powertrain Warranty," and to my surprise, the dealership was everything people claimed it would be and more. The people there were extremely friendly and helpful, which these days is hard to find at a local car dealership, and I was given a much better price on my new Civic Hybrid than I had ever hoped for.

Before driving to the dealersh...

Before driving to the dealership, I called about a used vehicle I found online. On the phone, I was told there were no mechanical issues, that there was only one owner and that the price was $2,900. Because of this (what I was told) I drove over there the next morning (took over a hour to get there). When I arrived, I found out that there was actually three owners, that the price was actually $3,995 and that there was a mechanical issue that would take $900 to fix. What a waste of time. I had to drive a hour each way (there and back) based on their lies!

Would not recommend them to anyone!

Anyone would certainly be disappointed if they travelled the distance you did and had this experience. We have been experiencing intermittent data feed issues with our website that may have contributed to the confusion. Look for a new website from a new site provider next month. Concerning the mechanical issue, apparently the service indicator light came on after your test drive. Our diagnosis at that time identified the necessary repair for $900. If we had identified this earlier, we would have removed the vehicle from our inventory. The timing was unfortunate. We understand that this is a great inconvenience and an unfortunate set of circumstances. We feel that it would only be right to reimburse you for your time and travel.
