        Overall

        When I came home today at 4:30 in the afternoon, on a nice sunny day, a Flat Rate for Hire taxi was blocking the narrow alley leading to my house. The car was bouncing up and down. Enough said. I honked a few times as this taxi was completely blocking the only access road to my house, finally the driver came out of the back seat, still holding up his pants, and went to the front to move the car. This was under broad daylight, right around the time my kids could have been walking home through this alley from the school bus stop!!! Taxi 2105, disgusting, never get into that car!
