I was referred to this company by my emplyee assistance program to help me deal with stress and certain events in my past. Well I had called them late Tuesday afternoon (2/16/2010) and requested to make an appointment for the following week either Monday or Wednesday (2/22 or 2/24) The rep stated that I could seen Kathleen Toner at 4pm on 2/24 and to be there 30 mins prior to fill out the paperwork. I got there on 2/24 at 3:15 and was extremely unfriendly and told me I had an appointment last Wednesday 2/17 at 4pm. I told her that I told the previous person that it had to be 2/22 or 2/23. She nasty and told me "oh there must had been a mix up in the computer". She made another appointment for me today 3/1 at 2pm/ Well before my appointment I got my mail and there was a bill from them charging me $100 for a missed appointment. When I called and tried to explain to them what happened and that I didn't think I should be charged, the woman got extremey defensive and started screaming at me so I hung up. I then called my employee assistance program and told them what had happened. So I filed a complaint with them. I called back to cancel my appointment for today. The rep asked me if I wanted to reschedule. I told her that I perfer not to do business with an incompetent company. About 30 mins later I get a phone call from the "manager". So I attempted to speak to the manager regarding the issue. She also got extremely defensive and started screaming at me and would not even allow me to finish explaining why I want nothing to do with them. So once again I hung up on them.



This company caused me more stress trying to see a counselor. DO NOT GO HERE, THEY ARE EXTREMELY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND INCOMPETENT!!!!
