        Overall

        The saleswomen that I worked with didn't know the first thing about customer service. Instead of helping me solve my problem (removing scratches from a watch) she told me to "wipe it with a soft cloth". She didn't make any effort to help me. She did not even offer to wipe it with a cloth for me or even sell me a jewelry polishing cloth which I could clearly see behind the counter.
