I wanted a massage and got a groupon deal to this place because it was only 30 dollars. The massage therapist is an older man and he takes you to a room in the salon where you can hear EVERYTHING outside of it. The guy talked to me and made weird jokes the whole entire time. Not relaxing at all and a little uncomfortable actually. He made a lot of uncomfortable jokes and did some strange stretches that I felt were not appropriate when your are not clothed under the blanket! The massage kind of hurt, the pressure he applied to my tense areas was too much and I was a little stiff the day after. He also got a little too close to areas that made me feel uncomfortable. He didn't spend that much time on my back and he ended the massage before the hour was up. He gave me some coupons afterwards that suggested they don't get that much business. He definitely didn't deserve the tip I gave him... Don't waste your money!

Called to make an appointment for three massages I had purchased for me & two of my family members, once I had mentioned the deal I had got, they became very ignorant, needless to say I got off the phone & called immediately to get a refund..will never recommend anyone to go there!!

Looking for a new salon, I bought a Buffalo Perks deal for Pro Image. Not sure if they were treating me like a "coupon customer", or this is their regular service, but I was in and out of there in about 20 minutes. Shortest and least relaxing shampoo and cut I've ever had. Ripped an earring out which bled for quite a while after, and made it seem like I should have known better than to wear earrings. If they were trying to get more business by doing the Buffalo Perks, they missed the point. To gain customers you need to give each one great customer service. Sad part is, they could have had a new customer, I did end up liking the cut.

the Hair service by neil was the best i have ever had.... A must go salon, very up to date with tech. and the salon alone was amazing
