This is by far the best place to take your vehicle for exhaust problems. They are fast,efficient and very willing to work within your budget-they will not sell you what you do not need. The guys are courteous and skilled also creative with solutions to your cars problems. Highly recommend!

The best place to fix any exhaust. All other muffler places in town wanted $1000 dollars for a complete exhaust . Mufflerman saved me $700 dollars just to fix the parts only needed replacing. Don't go to any other shop in town. Fast friendly and the lowest price in town. Muffler man thanks so much!!! I will only do business with you. Other shops are crazy with ridiculous prices and repairs that just don't last.

Mufflerman, Bob, Mike and the whole crew are great; don't know where to start, I have been going there for 20 + years. I"ll just tell you. Fixed my Porsche 944S 1987 - they new how to repair the muffler - this saved me bookoo bucks because replacements were a fortune - repaired it a second time ten years later and lastly replaced with the used one I bought on ebay. Actually honor guarantees? You bet, and you don't get the - " you have to replace the whole thing story" That repair was on a SAAB 900S and was years later. Educated me on Catalytic converters, BMW 740il and kept me from spending lots of money chasing my tail.Also helped me a Lincoln Continental; circa 1993 with the infamous air suspension. Bob and Mike and crew nice about the work. Can't recommend them enough. Fair, honest. What else is there in life? Today they fixed a leaky exhaust manifold Cat connect on BMW 540I - nice work. Our visit there was AWESOME.. Very friendly staff and they were GREAT.. Price was outstanding and didn't say that extra work that wasn't necessary had to be done unlike Monroe qouted a price of over 1600.00.. Mufflerman only charged less than 200.00 for the same work.. Would send ANYONE to Mufflerman if my regular mechanic can't fix my problem..Thanks again gentleman..

These guys rock! I called ... drove in from Clarence and in an hour I had a repaired muffler at a price 30% cheaper than the "name brand" muffler - shops. THANKS!

this place triples the price of parts and charges $200 per hour labor nowthis was not always like this.we have discontinued our fleet from using this service as they are not reasonable anymore, even to customers that have been doing business with them for decades.we don't know who changed their pricing policy, but I am very sorry that I recommended them to friends over the years.~president of a NY state corporation located near this shop

I wish these guys did breaks, Ive used them since I drove an old beat up 80's subaru. Thats before AWD. I would drag that exhaust out from under my car every winter going over drifts in Buffalo and always returned to the Mufflerman. Besides there is/was a nice bar next door to get a frosty beverage. Now about those breaks? eeerrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrbam

Why this place has only one Buffalo location amazes me. Got my whole exhaust including Cat converter done for under 400.00. Any where else would be 7-900 bucks. Thanks so much Mufflerman

Best muffler business you can imagine

I have been around the auto repair business most of my 75 years of life and have yet to find a more friendly, courteous and helpful group of people than there were at the Kenmore Mufflerman. I had went for estimates at 2 other well known muffler shops with one estimate of $899.90 and the other for $977.25. You can imagine my shock when Muffler man gave me a price of $369.20 for basically the same work. I pulled into there lot at 1:50 pm. They met me IN the parking lot and immediately put my car on the lift, gave me the estimate, gave me a cup of coffee, Installed the whole exhaust system and said my car was ready to go at 2:14pm I didn't even have time to finish the coffee. GREAT service, GREAT price Great people, and a pretty darn good cup of coffee to boot.

I needed an emergency repair to my exhaust system, and a friend recommended Mufflerman in Kenmore. This place exceeded all expectations. The tech met me at my car in the parkinjg lot, asked what I needed, and took my car into the garage while I spoke with the service manager. Before we finished up, the tech had the car on the lift and showed me what was needed. Instead of replacing 75% of the exhaust system as I feared, he recommended a repair procedure that not only saved me a lot of money but was done before I could get to the bank and back. Excellent customer service and quick repair work. I have recommended this shop to many friends and would not hesitate to return when my vehicle needs servicing.

I've never written a review of this sort until now. I called, I told them what I needed, they said come on right over, I did, they told me and showed me EXACTLY what the deal was, and how much it would be to fix it, and I said go for it. Nice group of friendly guys! ... I was taken a back from the first moment on the phone, how courteous and friendly they were to my black lab, sophia, who they graciously allowed me to have by my side while I waited, and how quickly and efficiently things got done, yet in a relaxed atmosphere. I just wish I could take my car to them for ALL my repairs. After just going through a string of mechanics for various reasons, this was a fresh surprise.

I decided to go to Muffler Man in Kenmore, NY based on these reviews and I was not disappointed. They were extremely courteous, efficient and fair. They not only replaced the muffler with a stainless steel option ($100+more than standard) but also repaired the belt on the accelerator. Now the engine runs smoothly and quietly. Highly recommended.
