Linda Lane Apartments

I have lived in this place for nearly 5 years. Since the new owners have taken over, it has been terrible ever since. There are more children in the complex and they are so unruly to the point where the office sends out written warnings that only last for about a month. They charge you for everything from storage to the rental of their appliances! Now there is a new issue of MOLD in the buildings! If you have health situations or small children, I would not advise you to move here.

poor place too live no heat beware ripoffs,they say heat is included in the rent its a lie before the new people took over we had heat 75 felt like 75 they have it hooked up now the heat will never come on pipes are ice cold never been on everyroom is cold,your apartment have too get below 68 for the heat too come on thats freezing if you have kids.then the new company that took over change the late fee it was only 20 now the new people charge 50 for a late fee thats crazy i asked around at other buildings around buffalo and cheektowaga they only charge 20 some charge a 1 a day some charge 5 or 10.like i said stay away from these apartments alot off people are moving out no good here



The property is essentially a slum and the property mangers beware ripoffs beware ripoffs beware ripoffs beware ripoffs they say is include in rent u will not get any heat at all
