First time in a long time I was bullied by the counter person to add their insurance. This person wss extremely rude throughout the entire Rental process and then charges ended up being more than what was quoted on reservation. When I pointed this out the guy said that there was nothing he could do about it that I had to pay it or not Rent the car. Since I frequently Rent cars I was very upset that this person's rudeness started a special family event off on a sour note. Then I was given a smaller SUV than then was rented and was told that's all they had available. Several other Rental options at the Buffalo airport. Will not be using Enterprise next time.

i stood at the counter for 10 minutes and when I finally said hello the person came out and said "yeah what's up you here for a rental"......unprofessional then when I got to the car the attendant down in the parking garage stated just a minute and went to the person that arrived after me and took care of them my car was clearly in the front and they pulled this car around and took care of them, so I stood there another 12 minutes waiting..........Y.........never experienced this kind of service with enterprise or that situation

When we dropped of the car when we left Buffalo it was early and they were still closed. Once in the airport we realized we forgot my sons animal neck pillow for the flight. I called once they opened and explained that to agent. He said hold on.....7 seconds later he said nope we didn't find anything in the Charger downstairs. Guess Enterprise only has 1 Dodge Charger in its fleet because they never asked my name only what car I had. So then the guy says let me check lost and found and we'll call you back either way and let you know. So 3 days later I called again because I had no call back and had to leave a message on the "general mail box". Left all my details AGAIN and still no call back AGAIN!!. We had family still there and they could of picked up the pillow when they flew out. I guess as a customer I know what kind of customer service to receive from Enterprise so I will look elsewhere next time. Everyone has the same cars, it's the customer service that makes the difference!

Rented a Dodge mini van in Buffalo NY to drive to Canada for a wedding. We had all 7 seats filled for local driving. Usually had 4 seats filled and had adequate luggage space. Enterprise staff were very professional and courteous. We rented the Garmin GPS too. When we returned the car, they asked how things went, any problems, etc. We had one major inconvenience with the equipment. The representative made it right for us immediately, apologized and we were on our way and happy. I've rented from Enterprise many times before and always been very pleased with the staff and equipment.

Horrible customer service. The E-Z pass they gave me stopped working the day after I got the car. I called and left multiple messages with my number and never got a hold of anyone.

I rent from Enterprise Rent-A-Car (Economy or Compact class) all the time, but this was my first time flying in and out of Buffalo, NY. The weather while I was there (Mon, 2/9 through Fri, 2/13) was frigid and the driving conditions were dangerous. The Enterprise team pointed out to me the advantages associated with driving a heavier car on the slushed-filled, ice laden roads of Buffalo and offered me a Premium vehicle at an Intermediate vehicle rate. The additional $15 per day I paid to ensure my safety on the hazardous roads was well worth the price.
