Bought my wedding gown and bridesmaids dresses at Christine's and everything was PERFECT!! The service was excellent as was the selection.All of the gowns fit very well with very little alterations needed.They helped to make my wedding day perfect and I recommend them to everyone I know!

DON"T GO TO CHRISTINES. WE PAYED TWICE THE PRICE of a bridesmaid dress due to major alterations. The dress arrived, late and several sizes too big. Was spoken to extremely rudely by the owner when I called to work out a solution.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Owner refuses to accept responsibility or help rectify a problem.

NO COMMUNICATION - did not answer emails

SUSPECT A SCAM - I see in other reviews that others have had their dress arrive many sizes too large. I find it suspicious that I dont read any that get their ress too small. It is easier to alter a dress to a smaller size so they order them larger.

I can't say enough about how great my experience was with Christine's. I shopped around everywhere possible in US and Canada within 100 miles and for price and selection nobody was better.

I purchased my dress here and was pleased with the service. The woman that took care of me was pleasant and very knowlegeable. I did shop around but I came back to Christine's to buy.

I did not get my wedding dress from Christine's but we did get all of the bridesmaid dresses there and everyone was happy with the price and service. Other then a few minor adjustments, the alterations were perfect.. ALL WAS GOOD!

My wife purchased her dress at Christines and had a great experiance there. She was surprised by some of the reviews. It looks like quite a few are posted by the same person!!!

I ordered my "custom made" $1100 dresss on October 1 2009. They told me 6 months...well It's now May and it came in. No one called me to tell me. I went in and they charged me an additonal cost for a hem (ummm it's custom fit) and then when I tried it on she told me I had to have lost a lot of weight. So the woman re-measured and it was there fault and she told me too bad and she would fix it for $120. Are you kidding me?!?! You ordered the dress wrong and wanted me to pay.?!?! I called better business bureau!
