Car # 52 Eldo was the best driver he pick me up on time made sure he got out to make sure that I did not need help get in got me there on time and when I called to let him know I was done he was back to get me quickly. was nice and kind and was helpful I highly recommend him as a driver thank you ever much Mr Eldo keep up the good work.

The most horrid car service company you will find on the face of this earth, no wait - the entirety of the Universe. Phone Reps rude to the point where they tell you to wait for a driver but had actually cancel your ticket - making me wait for two hours in the cold for no driver. WARNING, IF YOU HAVE TO USE A TAXI, DO NOT USE BUFFALO TRANSPORTATION

Driver refused to pull up or help me with my bags. Once I entered the car it smelled like stale cigarettes . While driving he decided to text and drive and answer a few phone calls while tailgating the car in front of us . When I got out and tried to carry all of my bags and open the door I have him his undeserving tip he counted it Infront of me and then sped away without a word.

I was treated so rudely by the dispatcher and the driver over the phone. After 45 minutes waiting I cancelled. I'll get groceries another day, it's not worth being treated this way.

I switched from Liberty because they were rude and insulting and one driver screamed at us for having a less than 5.00 fare.

There are NO good taxi companies in Buffalo NY

He didn't use the meter and to make payment by card, I was forced to input all my information onto the screen. Later on, found out that the driver used my card to make an illegal purchase. Never taking this again.

I'd used this service a few times before and they were great. They were friendly, on time, and reasonably priced. I called earlier to make an appointment for pick-up and then return service tomorrow morning. The person whom I spoke to on the phone was unprofessional (and, truthfully, sounded drunk). He must not have been listening because he sent someone to my home half an hour later. The driver they sent to my house was courteous and told me to contact him personally for pick-up in the morning.



When I tried to call back regarding my return service, I waited while someone attempted to check my reservation. I wasn't on hold for long when they told me to call back in five minutes. I don't appreciate this treatment. I used to work in customer service and wouldn't have done that to a customer. I'll think before I decide to use this service after tomorrow. May invest in a Zipcar account...

No matter how backed up they are, they will tell you it will be "15 - 20 minutes." Then it ends up being over an hour. They've done this to me before. Today, they do it again. If you estimate 15 - 20 minutes, then the margin for error should be not more than 50%, which would have had them picking me up in 30 minutes. To make sure (I called FORTY MINUTES prior to my doctor's appointment) I told them I needed to be at the doctor by 9am and was that possible--yes, I bothered to ask. The dispatcher said it would be no problem. Since you have TWICE as much time as you have just claimed you would need, then yes, it should be no problem.



50 minutes later when I was now late for the doctor, still standing in front of the Tops in Tonawanda in the freezing cold and in excruciating pain, one driver calls to ask where I am. Didn't the dispatcher tell them where to pick up the fare??? Then he hangs up on me. Another calls to ask the same question. Didn't the dispatcher tell them either? I had to call my doctor and beg them to hold my appointment.



EVERY SINGLE TIME YOU CALL TO BE PICKED UP AT THE TOPS IN CITY OF TONAWANDA, NOT A SINGLE DISPATCHER OR DRIVER KNOWS WHERE THAT IS. Are you kidding me???? I've given them directions, cross streets, and landmarks every way I know how, and they don't know where this store is. Are you kidding me?? It's by Main and Niagara streets. Ever hear of Canal Fest? Who doesn't know where this corner is?? And these are cab drivers? DO NOT HIRE DRIVERS WHO DO NOT KNOW THE AREA YOUR CAB COMPANY SERVICES. Makes sense, right? Two weeks ago, a driver called me--the FOURTH CALL--to say he was in front of the store. I go out in the blustery weather and no cab anywhere. He then tells me he's in South Buffalo and where am I. Is Tonawanda located ANYWHERE in South Buffalo? Why can't you find this one store??



The reason they say 15-20 minutes when they know it will be an hour or more is so that you don't call another cab company. Devious much?



So you stand there for an hour having been called by the driver three times to ask you where you are--they've done this to me now four times. No more. This morning, I let this sob go on a dead call.



I protest having to give this pos cab company one star just so I can review it. No stars. None at all.
