Brent Manor Apartments

When ı live in Buffalo. This Apartments was my best choice. Staff was really kind and clean. I stay 6 months here and i really love it!. I recommend any body who are looking for kind, peaceful and comfortable stay.

Had good time here, its in the middle of the city so no problem with transportation. There is security and office is there, owners are often available. They even offered me a job until i could find one in my field so take this with a bit of salt.

Loved the place, small, quiet, cheap as all heck, probably scores low because of all the trash people that are attracted to low prices, they need to check them better but nothing wrong with the place

Never seen a single roach or rat. Those who did probably never clean their house . Very cheap and nice for the money. Staff was professional. Some tenants are loud but that's because of how cheap this place is, attracts the wrong kind of folk but even then they get warnings or evicted from what we saw.

This a terrible place to live. It is a health hazard and the owners do not care. They are dumping used mattresses and furniture at the back of the property and having doing so since at least Nov. 2015. None of these items have been hauled away. The accounting system is a joke. At least one tenant has been falsely accused of non-payment of rent.
