Delaware Park Apartments

Horrible place to live ...I’ve lived here for almost 2 years now....the manager doesn’t care about anything ...there is rarely anyone in the office and if you have something that needs to be fixed It will take months for it to be done. Instead of discussing something with tenants they just write notices and expect you to jump at their every rule.The new management is horrible!!..washers and dryers are always broken.In the winter you can’t even control your own heat so it’s always freezing so they can save money!! A lot of the windows are so bad that you can always feel drafts from the outside.Plus they let anyone live here there are cops called from everything to people selling drugs to getting sexually assaulted. Recently moved it was the best decision I made. DEFINETLY SHOULDNT LIVE HERE!

DO NOT RENT HERE!!! THE APARTMENT MANAGERS ARE NICE, BUT THE NOISE LEVEL IS HORRIBLE! I HAVE LOUD NEIGHBORS, WHO USE PROFANITY, CIGARETTE SMOKE IN HALLS IS OBNOXIOUS, THE NEIGHBORS FRIENDS THAT VISIT ARE QUESTIONABLE??? THE APTS ARE VERY DATED, AND THE BUILDINGS WERE CONSTRUCTED IN THE 1930's. THERE ARE NEWER APARTMENTS THAT ARE BEING BUILT IN THE CITY. MY SUGGESTION IS TO APARTMENT SHOP!
