Dollar General

Terrible expierance. Would not have given one star if it was my choice. We bought my son a surf gun there and opened it. It didn't work correctly so went to return it to get a different one and they told my husband they would not return it because it was open. So I called and the girl said the same thing and if I had an issue with there decision then I needed to call the store manager. Today I called and she was very rude. She told me that the gun was in used condition and opened and even with the receipt and packaging she was sticking behind her associates and wouldn't return it. So I loaded up my kids and went to the store to show her that it wasn't in used condition and to get the 800 number and her name. The entire time she was rude snappy and kept making awful faces at myself and my children. Her name was Brenda. She's a very rude and hostile lady. Needless to say for them we Will not be going back to that store ever!
