        Overall

        It appears there are new people operating this location. Previously I was happy with the service but now I'm quite disappointed. Myself and another car had to wait on the side of the road until the gate was unlocked at 10:45 in the morning. I was told my trailer could be fixed that day but I opted to wait until the next day giving them plenty of time to work on it. It's now the 3rd day. The local phone number listed is out of service. I left a message with the "1-800" number. Didn't talk with them until I called again - 45 minutes later. They still have "30 minutes worth of work to do" and will call me when it's ready. What are the chances of that happening?

        Overall

        My buying experience was very good. Bought trailer and added additional features, the staff took care of me on the spot. I will recommend to anyone, as well as purchase there in the future.
