        I placed an order over the internet and received confirmation that my order was waiting for pick up. When I arrived, they didn't know what I was talking about. I provided my order number and they didn't know an order was placed. There was no order ready for pick up. After 15 minutes, by using my name, my order was found. However, it took another 15 minutes to tell me they didn't have the pads and it would be tomorrow. I overheard one employee tell the other in Spanish, that there were 3 pads but they couldn't find them to just tell me it would be tomorrow.



        This has to be the most disorganized store! My car is on jacks, I got a ride to pick up the pads and I am told it will be tomorrow. Thank God for Oreilly's.
