My grandma was placed in this horriable place by her son. Everytime I visit I check her bed to see if it is clean and during several visits the sheets are dirty and changed on a daily basis. She normally wears a size 6 shoe but her slippers she was given are a size 9 because her toe nails are so long they curl now. I asked a nurse why her physical appearance is not being treated as well and I was told they do nail cut once a week. That is a complete lie. She is given steamed vegetables but doesn't eat because they are too hard.if they are taken care of why aren't they given the correct foods to eat. Why aren't their beds clean.why are the staff and management always changing.someone has to be held responsible. This awful place and the person who put her there.it's neglect anyway you see it.

I would not recommend this place. They do not check patients routinely. And patients are not administered medications needed for their health conditions, unless requested upon or on a need only bases. Therapist's do not monitor patient's heart rate or oxygen level during physical therapy. My mother had passed away over 30 minutes before I arrived to visit her. None of the nurses or staff knew she had stopped breathing, till I called for help. But my mother was beyond rescue. The nurse on staff that day told me she checked on my mother 30 minutes before I had arrived, and said she was doing fine. My mother was only there for rehabilitation. And upon completion of her therapy was to be released home. My mother was only there for 4 days , and within those days we saw her health decline instead of improving. God only knows what happened on that fateful day
