I love this job! I get to solve puzzles everyday, the tools and materials I use are extensions of my body, like a mega-artist. I like to work up a sweat and to see the the finished product and take pride. I have a vast array of tools. And I know how to use them. And use them I do to give something back to humanity. The list of jobs accomplished would fill pages. I do pledge, to be on time, to keep the work area neat, to not, stink, have a police record, use drugs behave like a gentleman professional and satisfy or exceed your expectations. No charge for advice. $1 estimate fee, I'll keep that. Please don't call one of those "services" you don't know what you'll get, use your imagination. I've worked for and with them...caution! So give me a call, vast or small, I'll bet you will make me your regular handyman. I HANDLE:Mainly those vast variety of pain in the necks that crop up around a home or business. Oh yes, businesses, shops or offices as well as homes. In addition to carpentry, cabinetry, fixture repair or replacement, additions to just about anything, upgrading to new styles or technology, appliance repair, or replacement. drywall and finishing, texturing, painting inside or out, concrete, roof leaks and remedying internal water damage, cleaning gutters, all types of landscaping, I'll mow your lawn even, cheap. I do all types of flooring, tiling kitchens and baths. New toilets or sinks, bathroom installation, putting up garden sheds and fences. I also do auto work for things that don't need computer assistance, mainly engine and drive train. I've never met a challenge I couldn't tackle and if I did I'd find the guys who would do it (contractors). Hope to see you soon, Randy

I live about a football field north of Standley Lake. That's my base of operations. But I take care of Westminster, Broomfield, Louisville, Superior, Boulder, Lafayette, Arvada, Lakewood, Brighton, Commerce City, Denver and all points east and south but you'll have to pay for the gas in your fee, but it'll be worth it, believe me.

HELPING PEOPLE WITH PROBLEMS OR A BEAUTIFUL FINISHED PROJECT IS MY REWARD. A SMALL FEE MAY BE INCLUDED. BUT I AM NOT HAPPY UNTIL YOU ARE HAPPY.
