OMG! This place can't be worse! Horrible customer service. They are rude and unprofessional. They force you to buy something they want to sell only. If I can I want to give them minus star. Even one star is too much for them.

This is the worst place ever! They wanted to charge 20% "re-stocking" fee, even though I have NOT picked up the bed. When I complained this to the store, they told me to call customer service. But when I called customer service, they told me to resolve this with store manager. A NEVER ENDING CIRCLE.

On Nov 19th of 2016, I purchased a kids bed frame. I was asked to sign twice on an electronic pad. First was for "credit card payment". Then I was asked to sign again. The sales person, Emmanuel Gonzalez, said "this is for you to pick up, not for us to deliver"

I was supposed to pick up the bed frame on Nov 23rd. I took my daughter there, and she did not like the bed frame, so I decided NOT to pick up the bed frame, and to return it instead. However, the store manager (Vanessa Navarrete) told me that I have to pay 20% re-stocking fee. I have not even picked up the bed frame, how come the re-stocking fee? Where is the re-stocking. The store manager then said I havd signed a "terms and conditions of sales contract" that specified re-stocking fee. Apparently, while they told me that my signature was for "picking up", they actually put my name on the "sales contract", which was never mentioned until now. Although they fraudulently put my signature onto a document what was never even mentioned, they insisted that the "sales contract" was valid, and I have to pay the re-stocking fee.

Bought a furniture here, delivery is very slow compared to Gallery Furniture. Very nice sales rep, but once ito time to deliver the furniture, really bad customer service. They will give a time frame of almost the whole day, they don't call at least 15 minutes before they are actually in your front door, and once your not able to open the door for 15 minutes, they're gone so they can charge you with restocking fee. Rip off, hope their business won't stay that long. Will never shop again, I don't care if they have cheaper furniture. I better go to Gallery Furniture, they might be expensive, but their customer service is outstanding. I work as a nurse, so I know what customer service is.

My husband and I were at the Katy (Brookshire) location today, 6/14/14, around 10:30 a.m. We usually love shopping at Rooms To Go, but today was our first terrible experience and first time going to this location. When we arrived, we weren't greeted by a sales associate. We sat on one of the displays, watching as other customers were greeted and also helped. We spent a total of 30 minutes in the store, observing several associates walk past us as we browsed, but no one said "hello" or asked if we needed assistance. We walked by one of the store managers (blond or gray-haired) and I said "good morning," but he didn't respond or acknowledge my presence. My husband also said "good morning," but we were still ignored.



We finally came in contact with a Hispanic male (sales associate?) wearing a yellow polo shirt, which we had to approach because he also walked past us. We told him that we were disappointed in the lack of assistance offered, and the lack of good customer service/manners of the work staff. He didn't seem to care by his lack of help and response. When we told the Hispanic male associate that the store was such a cold environment, he stated that he felt the same way. Before coming in contact with him, an African American male, red-haired Caucasian older female, and a tall brown-haired Caucasian male walked past us with greeting us. We are not a couple who likes to play the "race card", but would hate to think that this particular Rooms To Go doesn't like to work with educated, intelligent African American people.



After being in such a cold, unwelcoming store we decided to leave. After I got in the vehicle, my husband decided to return to the store to let the store manager know that we were unsatisfied with their lack of customer service, manners towards other human beings, and to let him know that he is in the same line of business and knows the expectations of "good customer service." The manager didn't give him a response, nor did he show that he cared about how we felt about our experience.



As we were leaving, the store manager walked outside to apologize about our experience. We felt as though he only did this because his boss was standing there when my husband told him how we felt. His excuse for not acknowledging us was that he spent years around jet planes, causing his hearing not to be good. Even if this is the case, he did see us with his two eyes and didn't acknowledge us. My husband is former military and has hearing loss in one ear, but has the eyesight, manners, and professionalism to acknowledge others.



I would like you all to know that this is the first bad experience that we've ever had at Rooms To Go. Our previous home was completely furnished from your store, and we WERE looking forward to furnishing our new home with your furniture, as well. We were ready to make a few purchases today, but this experience was ruined by the lack of customer service, professionalism, and regard to other human beings. We have never been ignored in one of your stores or been in such a cold, uninviting atmosphere.



Although you all make fabulous, quality furniture, you have lost a loyal customer. Our expectation is that someone does take this complaint seriously.

Nicest people during sale, sold warranty for $120 saying it covers everything. One year and $1700 later one of the couches imploded randomly. It was in an area nobody used before. Now apparently the overpriced warranty only covers cleaning, and customer service saying there's nothing they can do talk to a manager. The manager just refuses to take any call and all sales associates just apologize and put on hold. IF YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF PLEASE BUY HERE, THEY ARE VERY KIND!

WORST SERVICE EVER

I have buy my bed here, it was defective and they charge me $100 DISPOSABLE FEE, really??? And on top of that i had to bring my old bed back to the store and no one help my husband to get it out of the car, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE

I bought all my furniture there in cash and when I received it, one end table did not match with the colors I chose. Rooms to go did not help me at all and basically they said that the policy does not allow them to change anything after you receive it. Worst service ever. Never going to buy anything from rooms to go

Worst customer service, EVER!

I've just spent the last FIVE hours trying to pick my order up from the brookshire location rooms to go. Not only did I need to wait 2 weeks to pick my my furniture but when I got there it wasn't even the right furniture!!! 5 hours later, they had finalllllly refunded me the money and ordered the correct set!! Definitely wouldn't recommend them!!! Steer clear!!!
