        worse mc Donalds around

        I wish there was a no star button because Brooklyn mcdonalds would be getting that! I had my sons birthday party there and it was a mess. Nobody remembered we were going to last min. Kids had fun playing and that's about it.we then later be came sick. Didn't know what from until we go to eat the cake again and come across its 3 months expired !!! Everyone that had cakec got sick. Gave them two phone calls bac k and heard nothing so then called corporate myself then got money back. I will never go back there again. Ever since new bosses r there that place sucks!

        The store manager is a racist,...

        The store manager is a racist, arrogant, sexist, stupid, a** hole!! Quite literally, not exaggerating not even a little! Ever since the store has been taken over by a new owner, and a new store manager has been placed in that restaurant, the place has gone done hill! The store manager cares more about times and how fast an order is taken or how fast the food is made, then he does about how well the food is made or even customer service. The crew managers are great and so are the some of the crew! The people there are great and they do the best they can but are limited to the best that they can do, due to the store manager!
