Preferred Heating & Cooling

My heat went out November 20 and my house was only 57 degrees when my family woke up. When I called to see when someone could come out, the owner came right away and fixed the issue. The owner is so dedicated and actually missed his dental appointment to get my heat working again. He even went a step further when I asked questions about how to evenly distribute the heat in my house. We went into each room and he told me what needed to be done as well as how to adjust the open/close valves in the duct work in the basement. Thanks to this dedicated company, I had a great experience!
