McMullen Tax Masters

This place is GREAT!!!!! My first time here and I was treated like family! Great staff and paid less than anyone around for my taxes to be prepared and already received a refund!!!! GREAT PLACE give them a call!!

My husband and I have used McMullen Tax Masters for years. Very professional and their tax prep price is very reasonable. We always use Irene Bassett. She is extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. We look forward to seeing her every year!! I always recommend McMullen to everyone that needs their taxes done!!!

My wife and I have been going here for 10+ years and the staff from when you walk in the door to the person you meet with us by far best we have dealt with. Professional service and outstanding customer relations. We have been dealing with Irene Bassett and she makes the tax process less stressful and welcomes us like family. You will not be disappointed give them a try.

Went there to do my business taxes. They did not give me a proper break list of exactly what to bring other than "bring a list of all your expenses" so when I got there I had to leave and come back with the information they really needed. They would not let me see the tax lady again to go over to make sure everything I brought was accurate.

They later called me back and said they were "refusing" to do my taxes because I did not put it in the way they wanted without providing me a description of exactly how they wanted it and were saying they told me "exactly what to bring". I would avoid these people at all costs. Completely unprofessional.

The prices were really reasonable. Liberty & HR gave me quotes that were pure craziness!!! Everyone was nice, I didn't have to wait at all, my preparer knew her stuff, and I was done and filed in 20 minutes. (I own a home, but nothing too complicated here.)
