I had been worried sick for the past week when I noticed I had water collecting and my yard was all marshy. I had convinced myself I was $6k deep with a new leach field. Doug from AAA came over, knocked on my door and introduced himself. He 1st asked to go see my bathrooms. His initial finding was a running toilet, he then told me and educated me on how to fix my own toilet. He explained in depth how the septic and leach field work and it can get over whelmed too. Doug then wanted to see my basement, when he noticed a puddle of water in the basement he then asked to see my gutters. Doug went around all of my house, showed me where to get extensions for my gutters and told me to tap in some of my gutters and I would have a dry basement. I was in amazement by how helpful he was and also to educate me on owning my 1st property. He made my day and I thought he should be recognized. There are not enough honest people out there- and I appreciate his honesty. Today my yard is dry and so is my basement!! Thanks so much Doug!!

AAA Suburban did a wonderful installation on our septic system. It is working like a charm!! Dave was very kind and reassuring and took time out for numerous phone conversations. I cannot say enough about the AAA Suburban Septic crew! They work extremely well together. Their professionalism was exemplary. Most impressive was their genuine concern and careful treatment of our irrigation system. Due to their diligence we had minimal damage.

I was also impressed with their thorough and careful measuring and their rechecking when installing the pipes and tank. No corners were cut!! They took their time and never settled for anything less than precise measurements.

They went above and beyond their efforts by repairing and cleaning a blocked pipeline in our crawl space and prevented what could have been further damage and problems to our home.

I feel very confident that our new system is safe and professionally installed.

AAA suburban septic installed a new septic system in 2009 and since that time I've had nothing but problems with flushing my toilet and sewage backup. I have more issues with this new system than with the old system. I had to move out of my home in the spring of last year because of snow melt and sewage backup because the new system does not leech properly. I've recently had 5 different contractors tell me that AAA installed the incorrect system for my property. Each one asked me the same questions and all determined what I needed based on the questions asked and I did not give them any leading answers. In turn, AAA didn't ask me ANY questions and just installed a system blindly without diagnosing our original issue. I originally needed a raised bed system and AAA installed a conventional system. The owner of AAA still insists that he installed the correct system even though it is obvious that it is not. I am out thousands and will have to spend another 18 to 20 grand to get a working system. I would not recommend AAA suburban septic.
