A1 Sparkles Cleaning

My husband and I hired this company to rejuvenate our hardwood floors. I explained over the phone to a gentleman(the owner?) the condition my floors were in. 80 year old house, I just removed the carpet, he seemed to understand, he asked my guess the size of the rooms for the estimate, I was not comfortable with that so a crew came out and gave me an estimate. A technician came and was complete gentleman, and he did the best he could, however he was not provided adequate tools nor manpower to complete the job right. Floors look exactly the same and were still dusty. We contacted the company to explain that the job overall was not satisfactory. The company said: "Oh that's too bad would you like to pay us to come out again." No way! $900 down the drain.

I contacted A1 Sparkles to clean out my air ducts. I was able speak directly with the owner and he answered all my questions, gave me a quote and scheduled the service. Two very professional technicians arrived and performed a video inspection of my ducts. They suggested I clean out the dryer vent for a discounted rate so I couldn't refuse. The workers preceded to clean my air ducts and even showed me how much dirt was being removed. The entire process took about 4 hours and was well worth it.

My oriental rugs were picked up from my house looking like raggedy rugs that weren't even worth trying to clean. When this A1 Sparkles techs brought them back within a 10 day period, I thought they had the wrong ones! They looked better than ever! My Rugs now look brand new. It was worth it to have them professionally cleaned by A1 Sparkles.
