Overall

Worst vet probably in this whole country. Absolutely sickening how these people are still open with all the damage they've done. Oh and if they kill your pet "accidently" they'll tell you to get over it and get a new one. The drunk doctor let's his unlicensed wife do surgery on your baby. He's been fired from other practices. An will toss your pet in a dumpster and tell you it is $250 for ashes meanwhile its dollar store sand. Anything to make a buck here. They're rude and horrible in general. Where is PETA and ASPCA? They're definitely needed here! Unsanitary and unprofessional should be shut down.

Overall

For starters there's a passive/ aggressive male assistant with a chip on his shoulder, and that appears to be more than an assistant. The good doctor seems to consult him for decisions that only he should be discussing with the pet owner. Then goes the smell in the makeshift " clinic" ( trailer) in which they take their brakes while having you wait in the " lobby" ( outside, next to a dumpster ) . Then, comes the nurse with her " stethoscope " to fake check my pet and give me fake instructions as to how to go about in the care of my extremely ill pet. 2 stars, too much!!

I love BVH

This place gets a bad rap. Maybe the decor is not Martha Stewart pretty, but every time we took our Bella there the doctor and staff treated her like a queen. She had 2 ear hematoma removals there and each time they worked with us financially, Bella was in excellent , competent hands. This vet LOVES cats and dogs. When we had to put our Peanut to sleep it was traumatizing. She was hit by a car and had a cracked spinal column. He was so patient and you could see and feel the sadness in his face and voice. I thought I saw teary eyes too. My Peanut was a trooper. Brave. I knew she was in pain so bad and it was the right thing to do. He and his staff were wonderful and professional. He even offered to help us get a new kitty when we were ready. He knows Peanut was an off the street rescue by me. He likes that. He's a huge advocate for spay/neuter too and adoption from the BPT Animal Shelter. I respect that and him. I will always go to Dr Reddy and his staff with my babies. IDC what the decor is, clean is all I care about. It's always clean in there. Ppl let their pets poo/pee on the floors and don't say anything so the next person smells it and blames the vet! Puke too! I witnessed this multiple times. Thank you BVH on Main St. For taking care of our furry babies so beautifully.

I've customer of BVH for over ...

I've customer of BVH for over ten years. First with my cat (Midnight Star). BVH took care of her beautifully. Even when it time to lay her to rest due to a Kidney Disorder.

Now we have Westie. We don't always take her in on time. Somehow my family manages to always step on her feet and damage the nail.

When I call to inform them, the LADIES are always kind. Their extremely patient and have a great love for the ANIMALS.

I find it funny how both our cat. Now our dog always knew when they were going to the doctor.

Like kids they start wine(not the drink) and moan. The dog is the funniest, she actually starts to talk as soon as we pull up to the door. She only goes once a year. Yet she still has a fit.

Thank you everyone.
