        12/4/17 8;15 pm My daughters were excited to go and get our Christmas tree so we looked at the trees and we found a nice tree and my daughter went to get help to bag the tree and trim the bottom!She came back and said they couldn't do it!She said they looked at her and said sorry just bring the tree in.Well I have done business at this store since they opened and it has always been this way.I have never had any help unless I went and requested assistance!You would think with what had to be at least 8-10 people no one wanted to even ring up the sale! I have made my last trip to Lowes Brenham and it's time to move on!Mike McArthur,Brenham,Texas

        Very poor repair service. Waited a month for a part to an oven purchased @ Lowes. Planning to remodel a farmhouse. Will not purchase any appliance again from Lowes.
