If you are in bremerton and use any other taxi company you are missing out on great customer service. Not only the customer service of this company really good but the drivers always give you a discount on your total bill. The only thing I would change is add more cars. Sometimes I have to wait for 10 to 15 mins before the cab arrives. So overall its an awesome service but just needs more cars !

Love the service ! What an amazing service. Arrived on time and got me to the ferry on time. The driver helped me with the luggage and opened the door for me everytime.

Very prompt service. Every time I call they arrive within 10 to 15 min. The drivers are nice and make sure you are comfortable. I personally like this service because of there competitive prices. No other company has been able to match the prices they have. This is the only company I would use or recommend. Very professional cab service in Bremerton.

local favorite, or highly reIiable. Called them a lot so this is for my overall experience with them. I've probably called them somewhere between 50-100 times over the last year . Out of all those rides I've never had no bad experience. Great company !

If you are looking for a taxi in Bremerton, this is the company to use ! Very punctual ! I like how this company is always on time . I had an early morning panic attack when my car did not start and my son had a college interview at him high school in 40 minutes. I contacted Royal Taxi a driver was came in 5 minutes, got him to his school on time and the charge was $5.00!! Last time I called another cab the dispatcher literally snarled at me, the driver scared me to death and it was $40 plus tip to go five miles. Will Only be using Royal Taxi from now on !

Picked me up from Olympic College In Bremerton and dropped me at my house safe. I have to say that this is the best Taxi service in this area. The drivers are very nice and make sure that I am comfortable at all times ! I have used other companies but this one sticks ! :)

i.e., ARoyal Taxi , the place where all these "lil" companies in Bremerton,WA got there start, lol Royal Taxi has been and will ALWAYS remain the BEST cab company in town, im very LOYAL TO ROYAL, why??? many, many, reasons ,but :a must for people who use a taxi service regularly, Royal Taxi knows how to get rid of drivers who dont know how to meet needs of customers, like ones who make appointments and drivers forget about, well if you let Royal Taxi know about any problems with a driver they will immediately take care of that problem... also, all there drivers are drug tested and ua'd for customer safety, so when you see these other taxi companies all over Bremerton they were started by people who got let go from Royal because of ,poor attitude with customers, drug use ,not able to meet requirements to be a competent driver for Royal Taxi, or ,just not able to get to customers due to being busy doing other things, at Royal customers come first , so Royal weeds drivers out and i stay L

NEVER USER THIS COMPANY, their drivers are reckless, drive and txt. do 65 in 30mph zones and that just scratches the surface. I am on the phone with an attorney as I type this.

i paid 10 dollars from ferry to naval gate.RIPOFF.

I called in Royal Taxi. The dispatcher was verry nice, and she told me 10-15 min. The driver was there at my house in less then 10 min. The driver was very kind. Opened the door for me, and got me to my appointment earlie. Was back right when I told him, and got me home safe. I felt really good about the ride.
