Payless ShoeSource

I just left this Payless and while the store was neat and organized the customer service was poor. I can say this from having cashier and customer service training. I wasn't acknowledged until I was already browsing at the purses. I wasn't checked on if I needed any help only that the shoes I had tried on were cute. At the end I was informed because they had mislabeled the box my shoes came in I was not to be offered any discount other than a dollar off and would have to pay the actual price. I believe every customer should be treated with the appreciation for their business and instead I feel cheated.

This PL isn't always the cleanest but they always have shoes in my size. They have great deals when there are sales!
