        The WORST customer service EVER!!! I normally order online with no problems. Today I had to call in because we have a rewards card with an expired date, although it clearly says funds don't expire. You apparently have to call in to get a new card issued every time the expiration date goes by. First thing that made me angry for the day. 2nd thing, my account gets passed over from one foreign woman to another who has to call me back to take my order. Please keep your business lines open for the call?!?! Wait 15 minutes, no call. I call back. I get a helpful woman who wants to take my order once I say i have a rewards card with an expired date that I need fixed... I get hung up on. Call back a 3rd time for a manager, who says he can help, but ultimately does nothing but say that I have to call another number to get a new card issued. I was making a $200 order. all I wanted was the $20 left on the rewards card. I WILL NEVER USE STAPLES AGAIN FOR MY COMPANY!!!! WHAT A JOKE!!!
