        Spoke with Jim Nelson regarding the a real estate, probate - exchange issue. He took my call the first time I called thier office. Jim was courteous, very knowledgeable and able to convey that knowledge in a fashion I was able to understand clearly. He was also upfront with fees and costs on the getgo. Jan Hersman
