Expensive, fuel recovery fees applied during the height of the 2008 depression/recession.$30.00 fee to come get their can. I asked them what I owed to close the account was told $12.00,sent a check it cleared my acct 4 days later 4 1/2 months later I get a collection letter from a lawyer for $18.21. when contacted they claim a final invoice was sent. I have dependable mail service l did not get the invoice. Like I'm gonna screw my credit over $18.12? Get real! Shiesters. Money grubbers. Customer service none! Give your business to l&l services. Republic go back to AZ and get out of mt!!

I have had the best assistance from the crew at Allied especially Mora. I do not remember the gentlemans name but he went above and beyond. Prices are high but they really try to help with suggestions.

Here's my reason for a 1 star....

Here's my reason for a 1 star. If there were 0 stars that is what I would actually rate Allied. We moved here from out of state and were told this was a great trash company, well the reviewers were DEAD WRONG! After calling to set up service, they said they would deliver my trash bin the next day. The next day came and went and so did the next and this continued after 10 phone calls speaking to management, and YAY finally 10 days later they delivered the trash bin. In the meantime we were conveniently LIED to by the staff, as well as the driver, stating they delivered it. NOPE! On the 10th day, I received a call from the driver stating he was sorry that he has 'Dyslexia' and misunderstood the house numbers and delivered the bin to a different address down the street 4 days prior. Then upon receiving it, after getting it from the neighbors, the bin was FILTHY!!! Well I am assuming the same driver with this problem broke my trash bin because it was fine the day I put it out for collection, then when I got it back the wheel was bent severely. MAYBE HE IS ALSO LEGALLY BLIND? I don't know but BOTTOM LINE, DO NOT GO WITH THEM THE CITY IS MUCH BETTER! PLUS THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONES! I AM MAKING A COMPLAINT WITH THE CITY SO THEY HOPEFULLY GET A CLUE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RUNNING A BUSINESS!!!

I just called, someone answered right away and sent the garbage guy back to my house to dump my trash since I forgot to put it out this a.m. ( : Totally MY fault and they are going to fix it for me, no charge. I am very pleased! Thank you for being so understanding, Allied! You are my hero this Friday morning...

I moved to a Belgrade rental the middle of May from California. Today's date is September 9. To date I have never received a bill from Allied. I natually assumed management was paying the bill. Allied called today and left a message of what I owe--over $100.00. Now, here's the real complaint. I spent 15 minutes trying to get thru to someone by phone. I got a 'mailbox' which was full. I tried pay the bill on this web site; but, I need the account number; and how could I have that if I've never received a bill. By the way, Allied says they have sent me 2 bills. I've faithfully received my electric bill, cc bill, phone bill; why would I not receive Allieds! I'm sorry to say Allied has very poor management and customer service.
