Nathan didn't shy away one bit from any of the challenges that were readily abundant. He stepped up to the plate to make things happen at a time where many others would have looked at this as terrible inconvenience. Nathan is truly a down to earth businessman that demonstrates exceptional knowledge around his products; but more importantly shows customers a strong and personable level of service that has all but been forgotten in the retail industry.
