What a wonderful store with a great owner. The selection of products and knowledge of Jennifer is incredible. What an outstanding find in Bozeman! I will buy all my dog's supplies here from this point on.

It was observed upon entering this establishment that the clerk didn't even know enough to greet her customers when we walked in, and we were the only ones in the store. She ignored us the entire time we were in there, which is very bad business. We were looking for something specific, and she never even asked if she could help us find what we were looking for. She deserves to be fired, and we walked out. We didn't locate what we were looking for, but even if we had, we wouldn't have purchased it. How obnoxious, inconsiderate and IGNORANT I'm finding people here to be. Have you got so much business that you don't need to treat your customers with any respect whatsoever, or you don't care if you stay in business at all. Here's hoping you go belly up in the not-too-distant future!
