Our experience covers students from beginner to pre-professional as demonstrated by our student graduates that have gone on to professional companies and centers of higher education, such as The Julliard School in New York City. Southern Dance Theatre is proud to include the AMERICAN BALLET THEATRE(r) National Training Curriculum, a breakthrough 8 level program that combines high quality artistic training with the basics of dancer health and child development. The ABT(r) National Training Curriculum consists of a comprehensive set of age-appropriate, outcome-based guidelines to provide the highest quality ballet training to dance students of all ages and skill levels. Primary through Level 7 will be taught by ABT(r) Certified Teacher, Julie Bravata, who has successfully completed the ABT(r) Teacher Training Intensive in Primary through Level 7 of the ABT(r) National Training Curriculum. Whether you are seeking a career in dance or simply looking for a way to have fun and get fit, you will find an open door to a world of self-enrichment and fine dance instruction at Southern Dance Theatre in Boynton Beach, Florida. For over 28 years, Southern Dance Theatre has been pleased and proud to ser= ve all levels of dance students, ages 3 through adult in Palm Beach County. We offer classes in ballet, pointe, modern, jazz, hip hop, tap, Zumba, all boy classes, acro, private lessons, prep for BAK and Dreyfoos School of the Arts dance auditions, and studio rental. Classes are held in our new state-of-the-art facility.
