        Terrible grooming, don't waste your money. Staff is horrible, manager is even worse. When I asked why it took so long and why I was never called when my 20 pound puppy was done the manager yelled at me. Store manager tried to help, but he wasn't able to do much since there's a grooming manager. Took 3 hours for a bath for a 20 pound puppy. Groomer called an hour and a half after I dropped her off to tell me she was starting the bath. Basically I made an appointment so they could keep my dog looked in a kennel while the groomers stood around doing nothing.



        All in all, if I wanted to take my dog to doggie day care I would have. Pay extra and take your pets elsewhere, its not worth the headache.

        Best Grooming Anywhere !

        The Petsmart grooming Salon is excellent ! The groomers are knowledgeable and listen to what you want done .Excellence with a smile ....My dog loves this place . He actually looks forward to getting groomed . Jim McIntyre Delray Beach , Florida
