I accidentally left my phone outside when I was watering my plants. When I realized what I had done the phone was terribly hot the screen was black. I tried charging it however I could not get my phone to restart and turn on. When I took my phone the the place I bought it, all they wanted to do was sell me another phone and add additional services to my plan. Obviously they weren't concerned about how upset I was considering that my phone had many pictures of my son on it and I was worried about losing them. Then I took my phone to digital Docs. They repaired my phone free of charge. It was a very quick fix and they even told me what to do if it were to happen again. They also showed me how to save my pictures to my drive. They were very professional and helpful. We've used them many times since then. Each experience has been great!

They stated my problems were due to lack of thermal compound, so they put more thermal compound in which seemed to fix my issues immediately. They didn't charge me which was really nice but it appears to have been just a band-aid for a bigger issue as the problem has creeped back in in just a matter of one month.

Avoid at all cost. Use cheap replacement parts, can't fix issues and then recommend you buy new phone . Took it 5 miles down the road and had a perfect working phone after a couple of hours . Very poor customer service and full of excuses .

I took my iPhone 5c in with a cracked screen. They told me it would be 100 dollars which was like most places I had checked out. They fixed it and when I got it back the screen didn't seem that of very good quality. It suck up and wasn't even with the phone and kept popping out at the Corners and I'd have to pop it back it place. After having it less than a week the touch starting going out. I went to Press F1 in elizabethtown and they told me what poor quality the screen was that they put it and properly fixed my phone.

My dad told me that he told someone about my LG e980 phone that had a cracked screen; she recommended thta I go to Digital Doctor close to The Mighty Dollar. I asked them for an estimate, they took my phone to the back, closed the door for five minutes and came out to tell me that it would cost 200!! I said no thanks and went home to look on eBay. I will get free shipping and pay no tax for a total of $13.99.



Do your homework before you go there to know the cost of doing it yourself and don't let them take your phone in the back without taking you along.

Outstanding service!! Took my laptop to one of those office supply tech desks and paid $70.00 to have it tuned up. They said my problem was a hardware issue, and offered to sent it off for $250.00. The next day I took it to digital doc, and found out that the problem was a simple software fix. They only charged me $25.00. Next time I need any type of electronics fixed, I'm going there first.
